How To Grow An R/C Track
Day 1

I don't rightly know if I got this right.  Some feller just sent me these pictures and wanted me to put 'em up on the web site.  I kinda had to figure out what they was doin' from lookin' at 'em.

First, ya gots to get up at the crack of dawn and plow your field.  You don't need to plow very deep, just enuff to get rid of the grass.

Next, ya gots to dig lots o' evenly spaced holes to plant yer post seeds in.  These seeds'll grow into the posts needed to support your retaining walls.

Now, ya gotta water 'em elst they'll die on ya.

Then ya just kinda sit back an wait a spell.

Next thing ya know, ya gots all these here posts sproutin' up all round ya.

Now it's time ta bring in the field hands.  These guys n' gals are crack track pruners from way back.  They'll cut n' trim these here new posts n' have a full-blown track just a shootin' up in no time!

Hot dog, look at 'em go!

Oops, looks like Bonita got put in time-out.

Now ya gots ta put these little string thingys up.  These are fer yer retaining board vines ta grow on.  The strings help ta keep em growin' nice n' straight.

Ya has ta talk ta the posts n' sweat on em a lot ta gets the board vines ta growin'.  Rain stops the growth process though.

See how good them string thingys work?

Sumtimes ya has ta fasten them board vines ta the posts else they falls off.

See what I means?

Look at 'em all out there just a fastnin'!

Sometimes ya has to sit on 'em to hold 'em down.  This is where the older folks come in handy.

Sometimes yer whole crew needs to sit on 'em.  Danny took this opportunity to try 'n form a track growers union.  It was voted down.

What's that look like to you... a turtle or a fat man rowin' without a rowboat?

Danny takes a little time during the break ta tell the guys about the little girl that kicked his butt the night before.

Carl passes some of his track growin' wisdom on ta Chad, Alex 'n the guys.

Not bad fer one days growth, huh?  The way I figure it, the more folks ya got out there talkin' ta the posts and sweatin' on 'em, the faster they grows!  These guys an' gals musta talked and sweated a lot!

We're sure that this track 'll grow real good out here.  Just look at some of the things the city folks growed in this complex!

We'll try an' keep ya posted on how the crops are doin'.  Just keep checkin' back right here.  Remember, the more folks we got out there sweatin' on those posts, the faster things grow.  Why not come on out an' sweat on 'em with us next time?  Keep an eye on the message board to see when we'll be sweatin' next!
